The Potterillion?

Looks like Rowling is talking about the possibility of writing an 8th Harry Potter book that would basically be a collection of removed bits from the earlier novels and stories about the other characters, and "encyclopedia"-like sections.

Rowling should compile a book of spells.  It would be a big seller among kids who go around shooting make-believe spells at each other.  

It should list the name of the spell, its pronunciation, what the spell does, and maybe an example of a situation in which the spell works best.
